Elementalist armor?
I have a question about the elementalist armor, I just started a elementalist, my 4th character and for all my other characters, I always chose the armor with the highest value every major town, but now I see that elementlist armor is kind of designed for your class, i.e. Pyromancer, Hydro, Aero and Geo. Should I just get the armor with the highest value, or should I just stick to the armor that is designed for my class, Pyromancer? I just want to get a few ideas from other elementalists who chose what armor, value or the class? Thanks for reading.

in Ascalon city (post sear) you can get LV 5/10 (2 different crafters close together) the pyro 10 is the same as the base 10 except for the element bonus just add scales for your pyromancer my elemonk likes the look of it |

Ok because in Lions Arch, the value for Aero is 15 or something, while the others is basic 8. Thanks for the reply.

Armor is mostly identical. The bonus is against enemies doing damage, and has nothing to do with your own skills.
Don't take Pyromancer armor because you like fire spells. Take it because your enemies like fire spells. In short, the highest base value is almost always best. Something with +15 vs. Fire only matters against fire attacks. |
